How is my order shipped?
All our orders are shipped by Royal Mail 24.
Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK, other than to the Republic of Ireland.

Do you offer returns?
All designs are made to order, therefore we are unable to offer returns unless the product is faulty. If there is a fault with your product, please email a detailed description together with photographs evidencing the fault or damage to info@burntsoup.co.uk and a replacement item can be arranged. This must be done within 14 days of your order date.
Can you design a bespoke T-shirt for me?
Yes we can, but only for orders of 20 or more. Please get in touch using our Contact Form to brief us on your requirements.
